Crisis Management

A crisis is an unusual and unplanned event with the potential of negatively impacting the organization's reputation or reliability.  A crisis may damage and impact an entire organization or just parts of it: threaten its existence, a product line, a business unit, detract from financial performance, cause harm to consumer, employee and community health or conditions as well as to the environment as a whole.

Crises are managed in the media.  Decision makers, company leaders, employees and the public are subject to intense public opinion and pressure.  Every crisis is different by nature and the manner in which it is handled and coped with can determine the company's fate.  As a rule, we believe in neutralizing crises over managing them.  However, in the absence of alternatives, our mission is to manage the crisis correctly, swiftly and accurately, as soon as it appears, even before encountering the media – and through the media-public effort.

The Debby Communications team is available and ready to serve its customers at critical times.  We will head the company's crisis team; segment the target audiences related to the crisis; formulate your strategy within and outside of the organization; prepare the messages; compile several action scenarios; debrief the journalists, editors and commentators; manage the press conferences; prepare company officials for media sessions and, most importantly, we will continue to be alert and available for any development.

Intelligent crisis management, while using integrated tools to work with the media and decision making, is essential and critical for successful crisis management.
